Indicated Use: The product is efficient in prevention of cardiovascular disorders and delaying the process in elderly people, as well as in the treatment of cardiac complaints caused by nervousness or as a consequence developing arrhythmias demanding no other antiarrhythmic drug.

Directions: Its recommended dose for adults and children above the age of 12 is 1 spoon 2-3 times daily.

Ingredients: Crataegi extract [blossoming twig-end of may-bush(Crataegi summitas), may-bush fruit(Crataegi fructus), blackcurrant leaves(Ribes nigri fol.), lemon-grass (Melissae folium), alcoholic extract of red wine], Magnesium-Aspartate,Potassium-Aspartate, Ascorbic Acid, Distilled Water, Sorbit, Solutio Conservanst.

Warning: Due to its 24 v/v % alcohol content under certain circumstances it is recommended to be administered only upon instructions of a specialist.

Characteristics and effects: It is a herbal product not regarded as medicinal product. Its efficacy is proved by clinical trials. Ingredients of blossoming twig-end and fruit of may-bush, procianidine, flavonoid and aromatic carboxylic acid stimulate blood supply to coronary arteries and improve power of contraction of myocardium. Volatile oil of lemon-grass and polyphenol have sedative effect. Flavonoid-type components of blackcurrant leaves have diuretic effect. Calcium and magnesium are vital for function of myocardium and skeletal muscles.

When is it contraindicated to administer Crategil solution?
The product is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity (allergy) to its components (e.g. sorbit, methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate) and patients suffering from hepatopathy, alcoholism and epilepsy.

What should you take care of during administration?
If you are not sure in the origin of your complaints or you would like to take Crategil Red Wine Elixir for prevention or you are under a medical treatment consult your physician before starting administration of the product.
Alcohol content of the product is 24 v/v%.

Is the product recommended for use by children?
Due to its alcohol content the product is contraindicated for children below the age of 12.

Is it recommended to administer Crategil Red Wine Elixir together with other medicinal products?
No, it is not recommended together with other products which interact with alcohol. However, taking together with certain medicinal products affecting the heart e.g. cardiac glycosides it may increase their effect.

Is it recommended to be used by pregnant and lactating women?
In such circumstances the product is indicated to be administered upon consultation of physician (due to its alcohol content of 24 v/v%).

How is it recommended to take Crategil solution?
For adults (children above 12) 1 spoon 2-3 times daily.

What are the side effects of Crategil solution?
In case of suffering from fructose-intolerance gastrointestinal disorders and diarrhea may occur. The preservative, methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate may cause skin irritation. If you notice any unexpected effects, discontinue use of the solution and consult your physician.

How long should Crategil solution be taken?
It is recommended to administer the product as a therapy no longer than 3 months. In such cases between the cures a break of 2-3 weeks should be kept. Continuous usage is recommended only upon instructions of a specialist.

1 dose contains about 0,4 g sorbit.

Precautions: The gel is contraindicated in patients having virus infection on and around eyes. In case of erythema and vesication as well as during the day it is recommended to use Herpesil painting.
