Indicated Use: This tea blend decreases premenstrual symptoms (Prae Menstruatio Syndroma). It can be used in order to relieve symptoms occurring in the period before menstruation, to relieve nervousness, irritability, anxiety, changes of mood, headache, distention, oedema, bloating and cramps. Lemon-balm has a slight sedative effect. St. John's Wort relieves nervousness, irritability, anxiety and other mood changes. Dandelion root has diuretic properties. Marjoram aids digestion and helps relieve oedema and bloating. Achillea has antispasmodic properties that help relieve cramps and headache.
Directions: It is wise to start administration of the tea 3-5 days before the expected date of menstruation and then continue throughout the period. Put 1-2 filters of mixed tea into a cup (2,5 dl) of boiling water; then leave it for approximately 20 minutes covered. The recommended dosage is 3-4 cups of tea (2,5 dl) a day. Drink after meals.

When is it recommended to apply Naturland PMS tea?
It can be used in order to relieve symptoms occurring in the period before menstruation, to relieve nervousness, irritability, anxiety, changes of mood, headache, distention, oedema, bloating and cramps.
When is it contraindicated to apply the product?
Do not use in cases of known photaesthesia or hypersensitivity to any of the components (especially composites such as achillea). It is contraindicated in patients with sensitive, light skin during sunbathing or solarium because it may cause photoerythema.
What should you know before starting administration?
You should be sure that you have no allergy or photaesthesia.
Is the product recommended for use by children?
It is recommended to be administered from puberty.
Can you drink the tea in conjunction with other medicinal products?
Due to the diuretic effect of the mixed tea it may increase effect of other diuretics when taken at the same time. Furthermore, since they may encourage or decrease their effect, the mixed tea is not recommend to take parallel with the following medicinal products: Indinavir and other medicines against HIV and epilepsy, anticoagulants type cumarin (e.g. Syncumar), oral contraceptives as well as medicinal products containing digoxin, cyclosporin (e.g. Sandimmum) and theophyllinum.
What should you consider if pregnant or lactating?
Due to its characteristic, administration of the mixed tea is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.

What are the side effects of the product?
In case of hypersensitive patients allergic symptoms like erythrosis, oedema may occur. In case of overdosage or individual sensitivity St. John's wort content of the tea may cause photaesthesia. If you experience erythrosis or any other irregular symptom that does not discontinue, you should stop drinking the tea and consult your physician.
What else should you take care of during application?
Sunbathing should be avoided during application of the product since it may cause erythema.
It is recommended to make the tea fresh, right before consumption.

How long could the product be applied?
Application is recommended according to the monthly cycle for the period described in the patient leaflet but no longer than 2 weeks.
How long the product can be used?
Use only before expiry date indicated on the package.
How should the product be stored?
Store at room temperature (15-25 °C), dry place.
