Fragrance: Strong, fresh, cool, minty head fragrance with a herbal basic fragrance.
Indicated Use: Refreshes the air of the room, makes it easy to stay awake, positively influences the mental activities.
Evaporation: Drip up to 5- 8 drops of essential oil in the water-filled section of the radiator or into the the vaporizer of aromatherapy lamps.
Aroma Spa: Add 4 drops of essential oil mixed with a tablespoon of milk or honey to a tub of water. Recommended bathing time: 10-15 minutes.
Skin Care: Mix 8 drops of essential oil with 2 tablespoonful of almond or olive oil and massage it into the skin. Cools, refreshes the skin.
Rubbing: Add up to 2 drops of essential oil to 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or 70% alcohol, and then massage into the skin. Cools, refreshes the skin.
Mouthwash: Add up to 2 drops of essential to a teaspoonful of 70% alcohol and then mix with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Use it for rinsing.
